Add support for the Qualtrics OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow to Nango: https://api.qualtrics.com/6c02f17c3109f-o-auth-authentication-auth-code

To integrate qualitrics you will need to be on the upgraded plan and not on a free plan. I will be happy support any one who wants to integrate this.
