As mentioned in another story, I set up a control facility on a ship for mining purposes, and it works alright, but even though I've enabled only mining, the facility seems to scan and find targets/outputting for everything else in addition to mining.
Think there could be a performance increase if a given nanite facility only scans for the functions it has enabled, rather than scanning for everything and only acting on the enabled functions.
