Basically the Ore Detector range is a sphere centered on the ore detector block. when mounted on a ship it is beneficial to have the entire detection sphere in front of the detector in a orientation that covers the most voxel area without wasted space behind the ship. I was thinking you could have offset sliders similar to how the area beacon works to allow players to adjust the active area of the ore detector to be a bit more efficient.
