An adblock warning shows up on each and every page load on that site, asking users to either whitelist the site entirely, or buy a €15/year subscription.
Since the warning looks for the blocking of ##.adsbox, I propose refoweb.nl#@#.adsbox to remove the banner, or alternately @@||refoweb.nl$ghide or maybe even refoweb.nl##.fancybox-overlay.

1) Visit https://www.refoweb.nl/
2) Wait 2-4 seconds for the warning to show up.

I was initially informed of this by Kulfoon in my own repo's issue reports 20min ago. Since he seemed to have a very hard time agreeing with himself on how to formulate the reports, I figured I should just as well simply forward the whole situation to you and Nano Defender, since I don't maintain international anti-anti-adblock lists of my own, and EasyList Dutch is presumably hampered by Eyeo inclusion rules prohibiting such entries.
