Broken links on libctl.readthedocs.io #50

The links on the home page of libctl.readthedocs.io to User Reference and Guile and Scheme Information are broken. Replicated this error on Ubuntu 18.04.3 Firefox 71.0, Ubuntu 18.04.3 Chrome 79.0.3945.79 and Android 10/One UI 2.0 Chrome 79.0.3945.93.

The markdown files for both pages are still readable be in libctl/doc/docs. I noticed this just as I was wrapping up for the day and so I thought I'd log it.

Trying to access those two pages through mkdocs serve also throws a 404 error.
