it seems already fixed in this list: POL: Oficjalne polskie filtry przeciwko alertom o Adblocku

Anti-adblock is fixed in the Polish regional filters, but it whitelists some ads and ads placeholders.

Becouse webcamera.pl "company" no give up lost ads.
