After reloading the page like 20 times I got a video ad looking like the above coming from https://s.yimg.jp/bdv/yahoo/javascript/smartplayer/1.0.0/brandpanel-compositead.js

I can't reproduce any issues with this website when the Japanese regional filters are enabled.
