This Website shows a privacy consent at the bottom of the screen. If you don't accept it then that website will not show you video playback (for atleast this one). Like seeing in this image: https://bit.ly/2Ljif0F (there should be a video there)

Fanboy's Cookie List and Adguards Annoyance List responded to this by whitelisting the consent, so the user has to click accept to view the video. But It's still an Annoyance that I don't know if one should bypass (by maybe auto-accepting), so I just wanted to point this out.
