This one is a difficult one, since Yandex is a multilanguage site, but how about:

yandex.*##.content__right:has(div[class*="organic__label"][class*="label_color_yellow"])
yandex.*##.serp-item:has(.organic__label.label_color_yellow)

Note however that this seems to me like a better fit for EasyList or the likes of it, because it affects tens of millions of users.

Is the refrigerator offer column (.content__right) supposed to be blocked or not? It is not blocked for me.

This issue is about Yandex sometimes replaces the ads label of their sponsored search results with images, which make them indistinguishable from normal search results.

I reported the above, it's a known issue and I just wanted it to be noted here. If anyone wants to try and tackle it they're welcome to. Currently it's solved with a userscript: https://greasyfork.org/ru/scripts/19993-ru-adlist-js-fixes
