Rename to tinytex #100

Rename the project to tinytex, some kind of boring...

I can't assign reviewers from the Github Reviewers, so I @ you guys manually... @PikachuHy @sp1ritCS @LyesSaadi

The example binaries are still called LaTeXPlatformExample,

Could you rename them to something simpler (preferably lowercase, to make it simpler to execute on case-sensetive filesystens) like just tinytex-gtk, tinytex-qt etc.

yes, AFAIK you can only request gh reviews from people with rw-acess to a repository.
