Mouse Brain data for SpatialDecon #12

I want to do SpatialDecon on my mouse brain data, and there are two of them available for adult mouse brain (Brain_AllenBrainAtlas.RData&Brain_MCA.RData). Can you give me more hints and the reference publication about those 2 datasets? So I can have an idea of which one fits my study best.
