Add breast cancer profile

added .csv profile
updated metadata
added two cellGroups
- cellGroups = minor rds
- cellGroups_Major = major rds

cellGroups objects in the added .RData file have an error in cell names that include -cells and are now showing as T- and B- rather than T and B. For example:
