Moved shared affiliations to meta yml #35

Adding the author affiliations to each post is unnecessary. This small PR moves the shared content to the posts' metadata yaml file.

It also changes the general default of freeze to false. Individual posts can change this if needed but currently we do not track the freeze directory.

Adding @lidanwu as a reviewer since this may remove the need to adjust an element PR #31.

@eveilyeverafter , this looks good. I'll pull your commit to mine as well. Who is in charge of the merging? I would like to know whether there's any other changes I need for my PR.

I didn't think we have a rule for merging. But I went ahead and merged and deleted the branch.
