fix links in FOV qc and basic workflow posts #56

This PR fixes the links in FOV QC and vignette basic workflow posts, including the hyperlink in their children html files stored in their corresponding assets and _code folders. This PR also adds these two posts to the about page to enable "browse by topic".

@patrickjdanaher, you can render the whole site if you (1) open the .Rproj file in R studio; (2) go to index.qmd under the root folder and render it.
