This PR does the followings:

fix R CMD check error
use GiottoClass package instead of Giotto package for spatial network creation.
Support of SMITAP output in older Giotto version (2.0.0.9021) is moved to a standalone function under inst\extdata\SMITAP_interface.R
add NanoString non-commerical use LICENSE

This PR ran without error using devtools::build() and devtools::test().

Running R CMD Check on the compressed package file gave error in unit tests due to multiple threads used in parallel processing.

@dan11mcguire This PR is ready for review. With latest commits, the package ran though devtools::check() without error.

Confirmed this PR passed all unit tests.
