create a data object using the readNanoStringGeoMxSet function #186

Hi, I keep trying to generate an object merging DCC, PKC and the annotation file, but the code I am trying to use does not work. May I ask your help? I keep getting the same error: "Error: path must be a string" but both DCC and PKC files are associated to a path.
