Issue reading .dcc files into R #199

Can't figure out how to read the .dcc or .pkc files into R, I just keep getting errors. Hoping someone at nanostring could help me out. I tried contacting support but haven't heard back. I have tried upload many different ways. Not sure why it won't work. Thanks.
