Suggested approach to docs:

Have vignettes for common workflows:

• Simple unsupervised
• Downloading and preparing a reference matrix (including possible rescaling)
• Supervised (begin with accessing a profiles matrix from our github page)
• Semi-supervised (with and without multi-sample option - split into 2 vignettes?)
• Choosing a cluster number
• Post-hoc QC (flightpath, merging cells, deleting cells,
