update reference profiles in insitutypeML?

Basic approach:

• new argument: "update_reference_profiles"
• Take a 100k subset, and cell type it
• use it to estimate scaling factors for the ref profiles (probably no elementwise updates)
• cell type all cells
• return scaling factors

What's the priority for this? There's only a little evidence supporting it so far. Waiting for V2 would be fine. Then you just add one argument to the UI and some small updates to insitutypeML.
