Thank you for making this amazing tools! It works very well and very fast. However, I want to know how can I make reference matrix. Could you add this information on tutorials? or Could you provide examples for it? If you can, I will very very appreciate it.

Look for the new function getRNAprofiles(), added in the upcoming 2.0 release.
