Update Introduction.Rmd #16

Could anyone of you please review this updated Introduction? Thanks! Note: I removed the last section # Data Exploration because the boxplot code is not working (see issue 14).

I noticed that bindingDensity-mean and bindingDensity-sd were removed. Was this intentional or did you mean to move to binding density section.

I am working on fixing the boxplots, can you add this section back in?

I switched bindingDensity-mean and bindingDensity-sd plots to lane-bindingDensity plot cuz this is what is displayed in the 360 report. There should be a Binding Density QC section. Please let me know if this is not what we want.
