Update Introduction-v2.Rmd #17

Added the Data Exploration section with the boxplot code at the end of the file.

@yuqiren can you check to make sure everything works with the push I made to this branch. It should remove all the tooltip_fill warnings and the boxplot error. https://github.com/Nanostring-Biostats/NanoStringNCTools/tree/iss14-tooltip-fill

@karagorman if you can also test, that would let me know if this fixes the 360 issue as well.
