Describe the bug Gen 2.5 RCCs use a new letter in the scanner ID, E. This needs to be added to NCTools autoplot QC functions

To Reproduce test Rmd and files can be found here: \hades\share\kgorman\360 Dev\Gen2.5

Fix Add E as an option for scanner ID in NanoStringRccSet-autoplot and NanoStringRccSet-qc
