Transfer edits from Rpackages #8

The following are edits from Rpackages missing from NCTools

Autoplot:

@rvitancol and @dnadave, I confirmed that these are the only edits still missing that didn't make it into NCTools during the repo split.

@rvitancol @dnadave, the function shiftFromZero is defined in the NanoStringSignatureBase package, but is used in NCTools. Should we move this or is there another way you want to deal with this. image
