do you know if it'd be easy to create a loop where we run through all the ROIs placed within an OME-TIFF and using SOO crop to some padded region around the OME TIFF and create a new smaller OME-TIFF of just that region that is formatted the same way - retaining only the meta-data from the target ROI? We've got a customer who wants to use AI methods for segmentation in our ROIs but doing so while having the whole slide in memory seems to be causing issues and she was hoping we could help her extract just ROI specific information
