Revert "remove running of examples to decrease check time" #40

Reverts Nanostring-Biostats/SpatialOmicsOverlay#39

Build report error:

ERROR: At least 80% of man pages documenting exported objects
      must have runnable examples.

Will make a new PR with selected examples changed to donttest (recommendation from build report instead of dontrun)
