Remove examples #41

only adding donttest to highest offenders:

changeColoringIntensity.Rd
changeImageColoring.Rd
cropSamples.Rd
flipX.Rd
flipY.Rd

This makes up 19% of tests which is below the 20% threshold but the local BiocCheck still flags this as an error. Hoping the official one is ok with this ratio.
