Fix bugs around updated labworksheet column names and compatibility with IPA data.

Have column names user settable if the default search doesn't work
Add instructions to vignette on how to get OME-TIFF from instrument

Knitted vignette includes OME-TIFF download instructions.

Tested segCol in readSpatialOverlay() and roiCol and segCol in both readSpatialOverlay() and readLabWorksheet() by changing column names in lab worksheet file, worked as expected.
