Confusing Format #10

No separation or different headers for Proposed Implementation and Features that are already implemented. The target reader might get confused.

First of all, changed the issue from severity high to very low as the issue is purely cosmetic (layout issue).

This issue is rejected as the "Proposed Implementation" is only found in the "Undo/Redo" feature. Furthermore, the header is well within the feature mentioned.

Other than that, "Proposed Implementation" is not found anywhere else, and other "Implementation" headers are well within the headers of their respective features.

Reason for disagreement: It is definitely confusing to have proposed feature before the implemented features, and the difference in font sizes of the headings (Design Considerations, different feature names) are too small to be reader-friendly. Line breaks between sections are also inconsistent.
