For every file I have added a CheckBox which state will be saved.
Additional (when selected) an information "(lowercase)" will be added to the information TextArea about the generated files.
The behaivour from this CheckBoxes and the CheckBoxes about injection is refactored, so the behaivours are equals (deactivate the root CheckBox don't deselect the child CheckBoxes (only font is grayed))
