FileName.fxml should reflect the user choose in the page 'Primary Files'.

The name in the CheckBoxes injectXy should reflect the user choose in the page 'Primary Files'.
If the user choose that the .fxml is lowercase, then the 'FileName' should also lowercase in the page 'Optional Files'.
