Option to hide underline #3

At the moment the underline is visible at all times.

Is it possible to get the option to hide the underline unless Cmd+Hover is active?

This would reflect the same interaction seen in other parts of VSCode such as:

That is probably possible, but atm I don't know how to do this exactly. If anyone knows, I am open for PRs.
