This PR fixes two problems:

When using --debug and -l, the Percent_Lifetime_Remain attribute was not shown in the Raw Check List ATA list
When using --debug and --hide-sn, the debug output still contained the serial number obtained from the smartctl output

Bump version to 1.14.1 which also includes additional fix from #93
