White screen problem with latest version of cocos2d.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i run app from eclipse to device it works fine.
2. then i quit the game from the device.
3. and again i run game from device directly. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should run fine as i had compile and run from eclipse...
but it only shows white screen and nothing is coming on the screen but placed 
images touch detection is working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i am using the latest cocos2d-android.jar version 0.99.4. on ubuntu 9.4 os.

Please provide any additional information below.
i have used old version of cocos2d but it has some limitations that overcome by 
this new version but because of this one problem i stuck in development.
