How much cocos2d-android has Android dependend code? Could it possible to make 
Cocos2d Android to run on Java SE SDK? 

This would give two benefit

* Run games in simulator mode on PC

* Build map editors etc. easily on the same code base

Yeah. OpenGL ES is subset of OpenGL, so it should not be on issue?

On the other hand, I am more interested doing Desktop / Android / iOS version 
based on .NET, because the same code could run on every platform, now when 
MonoDroid has been officially released.
