NotificationTest working on only some machines #152

I am using the command line NotificationTest tool to send push notifications 
and I have successfully used the tool on four different computers, but the test 
fails on my primary server.  In all cases, I am using the exact same .p12 file 
and copying the entire directory containing the appropriate jar files.  Making 
no other configuration changes I run the tool and the output is the same in all 
cases.  It indicates that the connection was made and all notifications were 
pushed successfully.  In all cases but when running from the main server the 
notification is delivered.

Any ideas as to why only one machine would be failing?  I've had success with 
machines on the same LAN as the misbehaving server.

This report being a bit old, are you still having this issue?  Was it a local 
network or security issue?

The issue has been resolved.  I still don't know what the problem was, but I 
replaced the physical machine with a new machine with the same IP and name and 
I am no longer having the problem.
