Fix diff output for groups or entries with the same names #46

There was a bigger issue around groups and entries that had the same name. I've added snapshot tests now and let the tests run against these now. I hope this will make sure this will be working in the future.

I'm going to release this as a new patch version (v1.1.3).

Edit: Just realized this needs more work...! 😖
