upgrade to gtk4 #28

Is there any gtk4 doc available for pygobject? All I know it kinda works with 3.40.x. But there seems to be a lot different compared to gtk3 after a quick test.

At least something. Thanks for the links. The minimal example should be especially helpful. Unfortunately my daily driven compositor chokes on gtk4 apps as I found out while testing this >.> Need to figure that one out first. Or back to X...
