fsr causes aliasing

for me fsr causes heavy aliasing i thought fsr came with its own sharpening

It does come with its own sharpening, but sharpening doesn't do anything against aliasing, and FSR doesn't have anti-aliasing either, you need to use an anti-aliasing method from the game. What sharpening does is it just modifies all of the pixels' contrast and makes it look like the image is more sharp.
