Alt key combinations not working #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Assign Alt-Up as hot key for play/pause
2. Save
3. (With Spotify running) press Alt-Up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected Spotify to start playing or when music is already playing, it would 
pause. Nothing happens. Same goes for various other combinations which include 
Alt key. (Maybe the global hotkeys won't work at all in Win7?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.6 on Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
