HW/SW - Unable to program ATMega chip using FTDI-USB Cable #3

It is not possible to program the ATMega chip using the FTDI to USB Cable.
This problem is erratic, because the programming works sometimes.

It seems pressing the RESET button on the C2 board at the correct time does the 
trick.

Need to reproduce the success / failure mode to verify if this is true.

SOLUTION :
As a temporary solution, use an Arduino Board to program the ATMega and then 
transfer the chip to the C2 board.

May be caused by other devices connected in Windows OS causing conflicts. such 
as Bluetooth devices, internal WebCam etc. Switching off such peripherals seems 
to solve the problem.

Fixed. Arduino IED has problems if multiple devices are connected on USB-Com 
Ports. Just unplug all un-necessary devices, and switch off internal Web-cams.
