I'm not sure if this fits exactly, it might just be something we put in the Discord channel, but the PlebDev Course I: Building a Lightning App course is a (new) pretty great resource for people interested in becoming developers and specifically Bitcoin/Lightning developers, which is the sort of crowd we get for BitDevs.

@reez I think PlebDev course is worth putting in the News and Events section, then you can tell folks a bit about it.

If we go a little heavier on year-in-review type stuff we can add Lopp's Bitcoin 2022 Annual Review. But if we have other non-year-in-review topics to cover we don't need to include it.

I think Lopp's review covers different ground than the OpTech one so worth adding to the news section.

Suggested topic, not sure which topic it works best under (New Work or Bitcoin or Lightning) because it touches on all of them. It's a good update, also gives us the BIP 21 topic to touch on in case anyone has any differing opinions.
