PR Description

This is a massive PR draft for discussion. Aiming to split it to smaller changes

These changes should resolve the following issues:

minimized DB queries (#108)
hide some db implementation details, like firstIncompleteCustodySlot and db pruning to simplify higher level classes
make firstIncompleteCustodySlot db update more seamless and reliable
make custody sync more reliable and Db resource consuming
resolve some technical debts in custody implementation (like uninitialized currentSlot field (#81), etc)

Relates to #86, #81, #108, #78, #73
