Investigate Alternative/Improvements to Driver Station #6

There are a few issues with the current driver station that we would like to address either by 1) Improving Smart Dashboard, 2) Replacing Smart Dashboard, or 3) Implementing a secondary UI for advanced functionality. We would like to determine a path forward to solve these issues.

Some current issues are: -Lack of switchable profiles for competition/debugging -Inability to easily graph and present data -Inability to seamlessly incorporate video feed -Large overhead sending data to Smart Dashboard
