Tempo ratings #64

added ratings, can rate by clicking the stars on the sidebar. You can calculate the avg ratings by calling API.calculateRatingsById(userType, Id). Rating updates on the sidebar.

cant figure out how to make the component refresh after rating, but page refresh will remove the already rated band/venue
