[BUG] 开启console视图会导致idea UI冻结 #133

  1. Which Glance version and IDEA version? IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.4 (Ultimate Edition)
  2. What steps will reproduce the issue? 当idea在后台时，同时有定时任务在console输出log，此时切换回idea，UI会被冻结，需要等很长时间 threadDump-20240626-113502.txt
