Request: take over assets #1

I've said it in the forum, but I'm happy to hand over https://mops.one/assets to someone with v2 certification, if you want the simpler name!

Hey @krpeacock, I would be happy to take over the assets library.

I'm not quite sure how transferring ownership on mops works though.

Just found the transfer-ownership command on via mops help

  transfer-ownership [to-principal]      Transfer ownership of the current package to another principal

Here's my principal for when you want to make the transfer:
