Check-closed-issues-skriptin liittäminen osaksi YSE-sanaston päivitysprosessia

Pitää varmistaa check-closed-issues-skriptin toiminta ja liittää se osaksi päivittäin ajettavaa update-yse-skriptiä (palvelinkohtaiset yksityiskohdat ovat tiedossa Finton teknisillä henkilöillä)

Varmistetaan vielä toivottu toimintaperiaate eli se, mitä tulee tapahtua YSOon hyväksytyille, mutta GitHubissa suljetuille ehdotuksille versus ei hyväksytyille, mutta suljetuille ehdotuksille. Kirjataan sovittu toimintaperiaate ylös.

Closed GitHub issues (concept suggestions) corresponding to the YSE vocabulary are removed from the vocabulary as part of the daily update process

The daily update process was modified as follows:

• The way of the authentication for the concept removal script was updated and also parameterization was improved.
• The removal script was put into use in the daily update process
• The sanity check of YSE in the update process was adjusted to follow the statistics of the vocabulary:

  Concepts: (real) 4912 -> (adjusted) 4500 Triples: (real) 41658 -> (adjusted) 35000

The daily update run did what it was supposed to do, which is to remove closed issues (concepts) from the YSE vocabulary in accordance with their states on GitHub.
