Rich preview for Finto AI website #1

We should have HTML metadata that allows a rich preview (with logo, title and description) when the URL of Finto AI is shared on social media, returned in search engine results etc.

Here's how this was implemented for annif.org:

I added similar tags as in annif.org case. Then noted that svg images do not work in the preview. After switching to a png image the preview on Slack looks like this:

There is a possibility to add locale tags that would allow the translations of the preview, but I think that would only work in Facebook and require a /share endpoint or something else for delivering the translations content.

Zelolab previews page tells that previews are shown for shares in all platforms but Google's (although another test page falsely misses Twitter preview).
