Some css rules are overridden due to too generic finto/skosmos rules #4

It appears that some wiki css rules are not obeyed due to them being either 1) lacking (and thus those rules are caught from finto/css stylesheets) or being 2) overridden by !important -stated rules from finto/skosmos css stylesheets.

Examples: td, td > a, th

The table rules mentioned in examples are now fixed in Skosmos code. Nonetheless, the problems persists as there are still some other rules that conflict with plugin declarations e.g., fonts, font-sizes, margins, etc.
